Shipping methods to Greece

Deliveries are carried out by courier (ACS courier, General Courier, Elta Courier Porta Porta, Boxnow, Courier Center) at the customer's choice. All deliveries are made to your door except for the choice of EPL carrier where depending on the area it is either on the pavement or pick up from their headquarters.

If you have placed an order with registration, you will receive a notification in your mail, the day of dispatch of your order with all the shipping details and the shipping ID (voucher) of the parcel so you can see where your shipment is (tracking) at any time.

When it comes to bulky products such as carts, bicycles, motorcycles, swings, cots, houses, etc. then the shipment is made through a transport company.

Order processing time

Order processing time is the time it takes for the order to be prepared, packed and invoiced so that it is ready to be shipped. The average order processing time is 1-2 business days if all products are available in the store processing the order. Otherwise it is 2-4 working days. The above times may increase depending on the volume of orders and the delays that shipping companies may have. As an indication, orders that come in before 12:00 on weekdays during a normal traffic period are prepared and shipped the same day.

Order Delay

Any delay in your order may be due to one of the following reasons:

- The supplier has delayed shipping the product. In order to offer you variety and competitive prices we order our products from a large list of suppliers, both Greek and foreign. It happens , however, that many times an order is delayed in customs or in transit. In such cases we contact you and ask you if you want us to deliver the order without the specific product or replacing it with another one that we will recommend. This item will be sent to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouses.

- The item you have ordered has already been discontinued and is not available. In the products available through our online store many times there is the phenomenon of a supplier announcing without warning that he is discontinuing some products. And in this case a person from our company will contact you in order to provide you with alternatives.

- When extreme weather conditions or strikes occur and generally in cases of force majeure that affect the smooth transport and delivery.

- During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Halloween).

- Finally, in any case where it is not possible to contact you (by phone or email) to address any problems , regarding your order or payment of your order.


In case of an INCORRECT estimate of the automated cost, wonderblox.net will inform you of the CORRECT shipping cost (without charging you extra) in order to proceed or cancel your order.
